Humanity influences the current climate alarm situation, both to increase it and to reverse it. For this reason, it is important that children, who will be responsible for future societies, become aware of the climate and the environment, and that they contribute, in their measure, to the construction of sustainable societies.

This has been the goal set for the creation of the eight apps that will be presented this year at the “VI Fair of APPs for Education of the University of the Basque Country UPV/EHU. As in previous editions, UPV/EHU students have worked in cooperative and heterogeneous groups, both for the degrees to which they belong and for their knowledge and experiences. This has meant intense cooperation between students from different areas of knowledge based on the use of ICTs, in addition to contributing to the development of the technology itself for society in general, since the apps developed are available on Google Play for free.

Continuing with tradition, the app that gets the best ratings and the most downloads on Google Play will also be chosen and awarded with the “TxAPPelduna 2021” award. Therefore, the organization encourages you to download and rate the apps and invite you to attend the Fair that will be held on December 17 from 11.00 to 12.00 at the Bilbao Faculty of Education (Campus de Leioa, UPV/EHU).

At the Fair the projects will be presented in stands through posters and tutorials that the students themselves have prepared. On this website you can now watch the video tutorials and access Google Play to install the apps on Android devices and rate the ones you like the most!
