This application is aimed at children over 6 years old to learn about wild animals from the continents of Asia and Africa. Specifically, thanks to this mobile application, children can learn about two animals from each continent. From the African continent, they will be able to learn about the gazelle and the leopard. These two animals have been selected because they may be completely unknown to the little ones, since the animals normally assigned to Africa are usually the lion, the giraffe, the elephant... On the other hand, from the Asian continent they will have the opportunity to learn about the red panda and the Koi fish. Both animals are very typical of the Asian continent but at the same time, with little name and little recognized internationally. From each of these animals you will learn about various aspects such as feeding, reproduction, natural habitat, predator, among others. To learn about each animal, two buttons will be presented: one that provides information to users about that animal so they can get to know it, and the other one directly leads to different mini-games to test the knowledge acquired about these animals. This App is intended to allow children to learn in an autonomous way, without having to depend on an adult person, since this app gives the user the opportunity to make as many attempts as needed to reach the correct answer. However, there is the possibility for children to have the help of their family members to interact with the application.
It should be noted that the tutor of the students will be able to see the progress of each child and the grade obtained in the App. Thanks to this, the teacher will be able to know which are the aspects that should be worked on in the classroom in more depth.
Finally, it should be noted that the fact of learning academic concepts through a digital game attracts the attention of students. This makes the learning acquired much more meaningful.
