Lectureca is an application aimed at improving the reading skills of children. In this app, we can find different types of stories in Basque and in Spanish, but that is not all, the users can create their own story too. Moreover, they will have the option to improve their abilities thanks to three kinds of activities based on reading comprehension, creativity and vocabulary. The results obtained will be saved in a progress table. In addition, there is an explanatory video which contains all the necessary information for the creation of the story. This way, the children apart from having the chance to create their own material, all they have done will be saved and shared with the others in the bookstore. To achieve a higher level of dynamism, the application gives the option of uploading the images to the story done.
